The TI AM623x/AM625x is a collection of high-performance, ultra-efficient processors, which is the latest high-performance, low-power processor collection launched by TI. It adopts up to 4x ARM Cortex-A 53 cores, with a maximum operating speed of 1.4G Hz, and integrates a Cortex M4F MCU with a frequency of up to 400MHz and an R5F real-time processing unit. The TI AM623x/ AM625x application processors include an integrated power management module, reducing the complexity of external power supplies and simplifying power-up sequencing, and a graphics processor (AM625x) compliant with OpenGL ES3.1 and Vulkan 1.2, along with a PRU subsystem.
